I changed the recipe and used cream of mushroom instead of celery and added broccoli and mushrooms and Cheddar cheese. Delicious! Definitly will make again. Very simple.

I thought it was horrible. It wasn't very cheesy, it wasn't very flavorful, and it half of it got thrown away in my apartment...the only thing I can give to it was that it was easy to make.
This recipe is delicious! I cut the ingredients in half and just made a big round loaf and cooked it on my pizza stone. I didn't have enough cheddar cheese so I used Monterey Jack too. Wonderful flavors with using both. I would suggest not to shred all the cheese but leave a couple of chunks!
Skipped the Asiago cheese (but I love it, just didn't have it) and also the olives (because I don't like them) but added 2 jars of marinated artichoke hearts that were drained and chopped. AMAZING...I loved this stuff, and so did my husband. Will definitely make again and put the asiago cheese in!
I followed the recipe and all the remarks (with the vanilla and the less flour...and all of it) but I used frozen blueberries that I had on hand (also because its not the right season for fresh). It wasn't that great. Would it really make that big of a difference to have fresh?

I really liked this recipe, but I tweeked it. I'm not a big cake fan so I "umphed" up the cake with applesauce and powdered sugar and a touch of milk. I had only two pears, but that was plenty so having three would be super great! The caramel is so good and when you flip it over, the caramel drizzles down. I did put it under the broiler for a few minutes after I flipped it over like the other reviewer suggested. I LOVED IT (and so did the hubby)! And I gave some to our neighbors who loved it as well!
Delicious and easy! Such a different taste from my normal, everyday cooking. Really changes things up!
