This was my first time making cobbler and it turned out great!! I doubled the topping after reading the reviews and I'm glad I did it was the perfect amount. I also substituted white flour for whole wheat flour and added 1/2 cup oats to add a little crisp. I will definitely be making it again.

I'm still new to baking from scratch so I was a little worried about making this but it was very easy. I followed the directions exactly and it turned out perfect. My husband requested it and he said it was the best angel food cake he has ever had and one of the best desserts period.

Chewy Sugar Cookies

This was my first time making sugar cookies from scratch and OMG! they are so delicious. I did substitute the flour with whole wheat all purpose flour and used 1 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. I also ran out of margarine so i only used 1/2 cup and the rest was unsalted butter. The dough was more moist and sticky than i thought it would be so it was hard to roll at first but after being in the refrigerator a little while it was much easier. Also it made A LOT of cookies. the recipe says it makes 30 but i got about 50 out of it so if you arent making them for a crowd you may want to cut it in half.

This chili is awesome!! I was looking for a good chili recipe for a day of watching football and since I am originally from WA I thought I would try this one. The only change I made was 3 jalapenos because they didnt have habaneros at the store and added some crushed red pepper. It was perfect spicy but not too spicy. My very picky father-in-law LOVED it so I know its good.

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes

I thought these were really good but the only problem is they are so sweet they dont need frosting and thats one reason i like making cupcakes is decorating them. So they became more like really sweet muffins but everyone loved them anyway. They stay very moist and are perfect for a fall treat. I will probably make them again for thanksgiving but with less sugar.

Made these yesterday for breeakfast because I wanted pancakes but had not mix. They came out great! The batter was a little thicker than I was expecting but the pancakes came out fluffy and yummy. I added cinnamon and vanilla and topped with powdered sugar instead of syrup. Delish :)

WOW! this is like the best thing I have ever made. I love it and so did everyone else. Only thing I changed was using coconut oil instead of vegetable and didnt have walnuts so i used chopped pecans. And I also made my own pumpkin puree instead of buying the can.So good. I will definitely be making this again.
