Nothing very complicated. I used egg beaters, or other fake egg product, instead of milk. Leftover filets I use for sandwich.
Made very good and juicy burgers but not a new approach.I sprinkled a few drops of liquid smoke on top of each burger before barbecueing, added a little hot sauce to the mixed hamburger, and cut back on the worcestershire sauce. I love juicy hamburgers!!
I liked this recipe, over other easy to prepare chicken recipes, because the preprep was so easy. I like chicken a little spicier and instead of lemon juice, I rubbed in a prepared lemon pepper spice in a jar. It tasted great and I will use again.
loved it!
Iloved this recipe! I added juice of a lemon for my wife as she is I talian an it reminded her of a chicken dish I make for her. Loved the sauce wit the shallots. Thank you Amy.
Monica, this chicken recipe was TERRIFIC! My wife loved the sauce as I did. Easy to make , too. I did not change any of the recipe it was perfect as you made it>. I did use fresh dill as it grows wild in my garden! Thank you for this recipe, I will make it again for sure!
Excellent! Followed the recipe and had a lot of veggies left over and the corned beef was GONE! I u8sed a flat piece of corned beef so thgere was a minimum of fat and not a load of calories.
I thought this meal was outstanding. I followed the instructions exactly. My wife is a fussy Italian eater and she went back for seconds!! We were looking for a no meat recipe and this fit the bill perfectly. Good job! Thank you.
This recipe was a hit at our house. Only additions were crumpled bacon, chopped mushrooms and I used egg beaters instead of 5 eggs (1 1/2 cups).Delicious!! I will surely make this again as it is easy and fast and only requires a frypan and pieplate.
The recipe has to be wrong!! I prepared exactly as recipe directed and had very badly burnt onions at the end of 35 minutes. It would have been worse if I hadn't opened the oven and checked after 30 minutes. 450deg is much too high. If I ever try this again I will lower temperature to at least 400 deg and reduce cooking time a little. I will try 375Deg for 40 min. the next time as a start.
Better than turkey and ham even for a non-holiday meal. We loved it!
