Granola Energy Bars
This is not a traditional bar recipe. It can be made with all organic ingredients if you choose. It is packed with healthy ingredients that you are sure to enjoy. All my children comment, 'Mom, I love these things.' These are great for camping, sporting events, or anytime when you need that extra kick of energy topped with chocolate.
Playgroup Granola Bars
My girlfriend brought these granola bars over for a playgroup one morning and ever since they've been a staple! My son requests them almost daily so I usually triple the recipe and make 2 trays so we have plenty on hand.
Six Week Bran Muffins
This batter can be stored in your refrigerator, unbaked for 6 weeks. Use only the amount you want each day. Mine never seems to last that long!
Jo-Ann's Power Bars
These power bars are delicious and much more nutritious than most granola bars. They are very filling, too. Instead of using dried mixed fruit, feel free to substitute any of your favorite dried fruits. Same goes for the nuts.
