VERY good! I really enjoyed this recipe! i used the beef consomme as previously suggested at the sub for wine, was a complete success!
very good, easy to make and adds a bit of kick to the corn.

I made as is and found that it tasted quite sweet (and orangie considering the zested orange) and initally didnt exactly enjoy the taste. HOWEVER, i packed a few lunch size portions and let sit overnight and the flavours really marinated together nicely. i REALLY enjoyed it for lunch and would maybe just consider a little less zest! overall easy and flavourful.
