The best Thai peanut sauce

I received a basic thai peanut sauce recipe from a very kind friend back in Oregon who worked at a Popular Thai restaurant there and modified it with my own taste. Made this a lot of times and always got rave reviews, try it and you won't regret it!.

1 TBSP oil
1 1/2 TBSP chopped garlic
2 TBSP Red Curry Paste
3/4 C brown sugar
1 1/4 C creamy peanut butter
3 cans (13.5 fl.oz.)Coconut Milk
1/2 tsp chilli powder, or more
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, or more
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Step 1
1)Stir fry the chopped garlic in oil just until fragrant, add the red curry paste, stir for 1 minute.

2)Mix in the peanut butter, coconut milk, brown sugar, chilli powder, cayenne pepper, fish sauce, and sesame oil at medium heat. Keep on stirring until boiling, and the sauce achieve a creamy consistency. Serve.
