  • 1)Put salt in the beaten eggs, mix, and scramble it in a hot wok. Set aside

  • 3)Heat more oil on the wok, fry the spice paste , keep stirring until it's fragrant and change colour, add the sweet soy sauce, mix and keep stirring until it is cooked but not burned.

  • 4)Toss in the scrambled eggs, spring onion, and shredded chicken. Add the cold cooked rice, mix all.

  • 5)Serve the fried rice with a fried egg,and fresh salad on the side of plate.
