Banana Banana Bread

I just cooked this bread for 60 minutes and it turned out perfect and moist. However, next time I might put more white sugar to make it sweeter. It didn't turn out as sweet as I thought. I also added 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla.

Oh My gOsh! This is Da Bomb Digity! My boyfriend gave me lots of love after I made this for him. I actually reduced the amount of sugar to 1 C brown sugar and 1/4 C white sugar but it still came out sooo good! My relatives who are very picky eaters even asked me to make these again.

This apple pie was so yummy. It was perfectly sweet and baked very well. I did add vanilla extract and a dash of salt on the filling. I would definitely make this again next time.

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

This chocolate cake recipe was disappointing. I had to make another dessert since it turned out bad. It flowed out of the pan, the texture was too fudgy like, and the taste was just the same as fudge brownie you buy in the box at the store. Totally not gonna keep this recipe.

Chicken and Dumplings III

This is really good especially for a chill winter evening. Very easy to make but the taste just as good as when you make it from scratch. I used 2 chicken broth and 1 cup of water to boil the chicken, add 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom, I also added 2 cubes of chicken buillon. No need to added onions and garlic anymore. It tastes very good already. Thanks Melissa.

I'm very dissappointed at this bread. It smelled good when it was baking, however, it ended up dry and bland. The top was kinda burn too. I'm definitely not gonna make this one anymore.

It's sooo yumm, I reduced the sugar to 2/4 C coz' it's too sweet for my ripened bananas. Plus I added semisweet mini choco chips to make chocolate chips banana muffin. YumM. My family and people at church loved it and asked for the recipe.

Apple Crumble Pie

I made this several times and there are 2 ways that I make it. First, I made it with 2/4C brown sugar 1/4 C white sugar 1/4C flour 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1 1/4 tsp vanilla for the granny smith apple mixture. It came out superb and if you have sweet tooth, this is the one for you. Second, I made it with half granny smith and half sweet apples like gala or fuji apples. Then for the mixture, based on other reviews, I used 1/4C white sugar 1/4C brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 2 tbsp of flour. This came out very yummy as well. My husband loved it so much that he came back for thirds. Just remember that when you make this pie with all granny smith, you might want to put more sugar for the apple mixture since it will not come out as sweet as you prefer. Otherwise, it all depends on people's preference.

Indonesian Fried Rice

First of all, this is truly not the original authentic Indonesian fried rice. The taste is okay, I can eat it but not a favorite.

This recipe is really yummy. Just make sure that you got the temperature right and not overbake it otherwise it gets too chewy inside. I lowered the amount of sugar to 1/2 C white sugar and 1/2 C brown sugar and it still came out good. JIF creamy peanut butter will be great for it too. Thanks Mrs Sigg!

It's good, but... still not exactly the one I was looking for. I think I like it crispy all the way.
