Delicious! Nice alternative to the usual sausage breakfast casseroles. I added 10 eggs instead of the 4 as I wanted mine more eggy. I also added a little red pepper for color. Good leftovers.
Delicious taste! I used Crimini mushrooms instead of portabellos and Merlot wine instead of Cabernet because that is what I had on hand. My only recommendation would be to serve immediately because once I added my meat to the sauce it continued cooking and got a little tougher than we usually like it. Good recipe! Thanks for sharing.
Excellent potato recipe! I boiled potatoes for approx. 7 minutes before baking. A definite keeper!

Delicious & Easy! Best Spanish rice I have ever made. I think even better than our local mexican restaurant. I added about 2 & 1/2 C. chicken broth. Either need to do that or cut rice from 1 & 1/2 C. down to 1 C. Also, did not brown rice as read reviews saying made it too crunchy. I sauteed onions and then added broth, rice, and salsa and cooked slowly so that rice would be soft. A keeper!
Good although I thought it needed more salt. I diced onions instead of rings. I read other reviews that suggested garlic powder so added that; maybe next time I make this I will add garlic salt instead of garlic powder...
EASY & versatile!!! Great item to make in a pinch.
