Such an easy and tasty recipe. After 3 hrs on low and 2 1/2 on high I shredded the beef and added sliced onion and bell pepper and left it in the crock pot for one more hour. I only used a 2.7 lb roast and it still made 8 sandwiches! I used the same amount of all other ingredients except only a dash of salt, and melted provolone onto the sandwich roll before adding meat. I'm no chef but this made me look kitchen savvy for sure! Thanks for the Delish recipe :)
Thanks for the great recipe- so moist and tender, I was very surprised
Fantastic! I rubbed the pork with olive oil and Italian herbs, salt and pepper. I also added a little cornstarch to the gravy/wine mixture. Served with red mashed potatoes and greenbeans topped with almond slivers. Amazing- thanks!!
Always a party favorite! I use 1 block of cream chesse, 3/4-5/6 of the bottle of hot wing sauce and 4 T of butter- melt them all together, add the chicken. Bake as directed and then top with blue cheese dressing. Serves with celery sticks and fritos- can't go wrong!
So simple- but the roast falls apart, it's so tender and does not disappoint anyone- from my one year old to my picky husband.
Today was the second time I made this, and since it was as well liked (if not more than) as the first, I give it 5*. My only tweak is purely out of laziness; instead of chopping an onion separately, I used the onion and chive flavored cream cheese spread. It came in 15.5 oz so I just doubled the recipe, mixing everything in my kitchen aid and baking in a 9x13. Magnificent!
