  • Boil eggs until hard; peel. Halve each egg lengthwise. Scoop out yolk into mixing bowl and set aside hollowed egg whites. Mix relish, dried mustard and dill until well-blended (add more or less of each seasoning to your preference). Scoop small heapings of the mixture with a teaspoon and stuff the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika to taste and add a bit of color. Chill before serving.
