We left out the hot peppers and it was a wonderful side dish!
I took these to a party last night. Everyone wanted the recipe and couldn't believe I had made then in only 10 minutes. I did cook them for 9 minutes total. Quick and tasty!
A yummy cake, but not the punch of a pineapple upside down cake that I'm used to. I'd say increase the butter, brown sugar and pineapple to create more of an upside down cake sensation!
