Healthier Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
This is the similar to the hot wings recipe served at a popular restaurant chain. Our healthier version features less butter and no frying!
Avocado and Black Bean Dip
I created and devoured this guac-bean dip in college because it's very cheap, filling, and healthy. When I am low on fiber, this is the perfect snack or meal. Serve with pita or tortilla chips.
Creamy Avocado-Ranch Dip
I haven't seen a recipe combining avocados with cream cheese and sour cream, so I made one! Came up with this creamy blend of cream cheese, sour cream, and avocado seasoned with ranch dressing mix, hot sauce, etc. Excellent with tortilla chips. Add more hot sauce, if you like (I don't add lemon juice because the sour cream already gives it tartness). We couldn't stop eating it!
Loaded nachos with taco-seasoned ground beef, refried beans, and cheese.

Avocado and Tuna Tapas
Living in Spain I have come across a literal plethora of tapas. This tuna stuffed avocado is a light, healthy dish that goes best with crisp white wines and crunchy bread. This recipe is great for experimenting with a variety of different vegetables, spices, and kinds of vinegar.

Awesome Slow Cooker Buffalo Wings
Perfect for a Super Bowl party; serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
After having these shrimp as an appetizer at a restaurant I have been trying to duplicate them. Serve with bread to mop up the extra yummy garlic butter!
Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip
You can't keep showing up at these Super Bowl parties with a bag of chips every year. So, if you're ready to go from snack scrub to appetizer all-star, then give this great baked dip a try.
