I prepared the mushrooms and served them as a side for my Sirloin Roast. I made three pounds and could have used 6. Everybody loved them.

I added one egg , and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, and baked on parchment in a cookie Sheet pan.
I added about 1 tsp liquid smoke and I had the butcher cut the rib across the bone so I could serve as appetizers.
I added 1 cup fresh cranberries . These were so good
Be sure to brown well. I did add the Vegetable in first and the roast on top of them. My veggies came out perfect too. I added a Tbs. of dry ranch salad dressing mix, along with Lipton Golden onion soup mix. Excellent!
So easy and delisous. I will make this again.
I omitted the pork and beans to save calories.
I made mine in a single Pie Crust with Crumble topping. I also added 2 TBS Corn starch and 1 tsp. Cinnamon to the fruit. Served with vanilla ice cream. I will make it again.
