Flavorful recipe for this farm raised fish...easy and done in minutes!
Place fish fillets in a single layer on a broiler pan that has been greased or lined with foil. Broil for 5 minutes (less if fillets are thin) or until top side is white.
While fillets are broiling, combine all other ingredients in medium size bowl. Carefully flip fillets with spatula and broil 2-3 minutes more.
Cover top side of each fillet with cheese mixture. Broil 2 minutes more or until topping is golden brown and bubbling. Take care not to overcook this fish! It should come out moist and flaky.
