I love to cook, and decided 18 years ago to go to Culinary Arts school so that I could learn techniques and teach to others and share recipes! Cooking is my Passion! And the greatest reward is cooking for friends and family and not intimidating them just because you have a degree. That does not make a chef - experience and failures makes a good cook. Originaly from Texas I tend to cook the "Southern" down home way but I try to cook a variety of everything and friends and family have their favorite requests. It's fun and it's even more rewarding to share with others. If you go to a restaurant and they won't give you the recipe, try tasting the ingredients out and usually you can create your own - and it's better!
Rule of Thumb - A good and honorable cook will always share a recipe - Remember that!
