This was delicious! the crust was soft and sweet... i used fresh peaches even though they are nowhere near in season, but the whole thing, top to bottom came out delicious. will definitely use this again.
Made this last night for my family... it was absolutely delicious. Spicy but not too much, very easy to make. Wonderful.
this is delicious and easy. i've made it twice and both times it went over amazingly well. the second time i had to make the marinade on my lunch break, so the fish marinaded 5 hours instead of 1 and it turned out much better than the first time, with much more flavor. I always skin the salmon. I also forgot the lemon juice the second time but it was fine.
