The cheesecake was amazing! My first time making a cheesecake and I took it to a party (didn't bring any home so they must have loved it). My husband said it was better than cheesecake factory (and a lot cheaper to make) After reading the reviews, I added 1t vanilla, cooked it at 400 for 10 minutes then at 250 for 1.5 hours. I then used the leftover cream to make whipped cream to garnish with and strawberries with glaze to finish it off. YUMMY
This is a great dish--my husband even loved it and he hates curry dishes. Next time I will not cover it to cook--we found that covering it cooks the veggies too long and renders too much liquid (watering down the sauce) taking away from the flavor. Definitely will make this again though!!
wonderful recipe!! we used bread flour and made sure to brush the crust with olive oil before adding the ingredients (I made a great pizza by adding pizza sauce, fresh tomatoes, sauteed garlic, fresh basil, and parmesan/mozzarella cheeses--yummy!!!
I don't know if we did something wrong, but we found this recipe to be bland and have a powdery consistency-not at all pleasing
yummy, but will continue trying different frostings
A little too much orange for our family; however, I grated rather than zested the orange. Also, I added about 1/2 tsp. red pepper flake to the sauce (gave it just the right kick). Served with brown basmati rice (1 hour cook time but worth it). I also added some grated ginger to the rice (tastes great and a wonderful aromatic compliment to the dish).
A totally yummy recipe even though I overcooked the turkey--make sure you check the bird before the time in the recipe to avoid overcooking!
This was an okay recipe, but I won't be doing it again. Just not that impressive.
We actually made two different recipes for sugar cookies and taste tested them. This dough was very easy to work with. However, the flavor was bland and the cookies were dry--not a pleasure to eat. We will not use this recipe again--definately not the winner.
We actually taste tested two different recipes to see which was the best. This dough was pretty easy to work with once chilled (we only had to chill for about an hour) and we needed to chill it between each batch for it to roll well. The flavor was good--next time I will use a little less almond extract than the recipe calls for. This recipe was the winner in the taste test and we will use it again!
I made mini loaves for Christmas gifts for people at my husbands school. This is a great recipe! I did double the spices and used half brown sugar. Yummy!
This recipe was amazing after a little tweaking. I used almond milk for the milk, added about a cup of chopped pecans, one cup of whole wheat flour, and about a tablespoon of vanilla. I served them with butter and powdered sugar. My family loved the crunchy texture and the wonderful taste. Thank you for posting this recipe!
