Wow, I have to ditto the praise from all the other members. This was extremely easy to prepare and the taste was great. I used fresh garlic and fresh ginger. Also, I noticed marinating it overnight strengthens the flavor and makes the meat more tender. Thanks!!!

This was great - I used margarine instead of butter and cut it down to 1/3 cup to cut down on fat/calories. Thanks!

This was an extremely easy and great tasting recipe. I made it for Valentine's Day and it was a hit. He thought I slaved over the meal but in reality it was the easiest meal I've ever made. I think using the bottom round was less fatty than using a regular pot roast. Thanks for the recipe! PS - I sliced 2 red onions and added them in with the rest of the ingredients and served over white rice. The gravy was great.

Wow - this was fantastic guacamole. I would cut down to 1/2 a lime next time. It tastes restaurant-style. Thanks!

I made this recipe exactly the way it calls for, but omitted the green peppers and just used more onions. I used red onion which gave it a nice flavor. I also served it with fresh homemade guacomole (recipe also from the site), sour cream and salsa. I also used the smaller flour tortilla and cut it into quarters. It seemed easier to manager the smaller tortillas. Thanks for the recipe - It was great!

Wow! This is my favorite recipe off of the site yet. I made a few revisions which I thought worked well. I added 1 lb. of spicy italian sausage with 3 teaspoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper to the sauce. I also just used a 16 oz container of sour cream. I found an 8 oz package of a shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese blend, which I used instead of adding the 2 cheeses separately. It was SO easy and tasted SO good. The sour cream definitely is what makes this recipe unique and tasty. I served it with garlic bread and red wine and it was definitely a hit. Thanks so much for the recipe!

This was a really unique and surprisingly tasty chili. I was nervous when I saw the ingredient list, but like everyone commmented, it all comes togetether well and really does tastes better the next day. The only thing I did different, is I added more cayenne, chili peppers and sirloin than the recipe asked for and I didn't think it was at all too sweet. We added shredded monterey jack cheese, oyster crackers and a dollop of sour cream to top it off. Great recipe!

Garlic Chicken

Very easy to make, make sure not to overcook. I cooked for an additional 10 mins because I never saw the juices running out but the chicken turned out very dry and tough. If you like garlic, you may want to double the amount called for.

Wonderful and extremely easy! I added a package of frozen stir fry vegetables and an 8 oz can of mushrooms during the last hour of cooking. Also, I only cooked this for 4 hours on high. I wanted a lot of sauce and my chicken breast pieces were pretty large, so I used 2 cans of celery soup, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 can of mushroom soup and 1 can of the cheese soup. I tasted it before I added the sour cream (light) and it tasted great, but even better after I added it. I also added some crushed red pepper to give it a zing. I served this over rice. After adding the extra ingredients, it needed more salt, so I added a bit more. I will definitely make this again. Thanks!
