Blueberry Muffins

I doubled the recipe, which produced 18 muffins, and used frozen blueberries (fresh ones are pretty hard to find in the winter, at least where I live). This was a good recipe. They were a little dry (nothing a little extra oil won't fix), and if I make them again (I'm pretty sure I will) I will use fewer blueberries. These muffins appeared to be about 75% blueberries.

I used fresh pumpkin for this recipe (I had an extra pumpkin from Halloween, so why not). It was delicious but looked a little funny. This was probably because I made four loaves instead of three and rolled over an entire extra egg. Still excellent.
