This was more like an enormous oatmeal cookie, but very dry and not very flavorful. I wouldn't make it again.

I made muffins instead of bread. And I used half light brown sugar and replaced the walnuts with pecans. But really, I love this recipe! It's moist and not too sweet, and really tasty.

I adore dirty martinis, but even my olive hating friends love these. They just leave the olives for me to eat! A great variation for heat fans is the Hot and Dirty - add pickled jalapeno juice as well as olive juice.

Greek Potato Stew

Fantastic! I can't believe the complexity of flavors in such a simple dish. Warning to those who don't know what kalamatas are - these are not like black olives from a can. They are extremely pungent, so if you don't like intense flavors, you may not like this dish. This is not a failure of the recipe, but your own preference, and you shouldn't rate the recipe down for it. I'm thrilled at having an exciting new potato recipe in my collection!

These are excellent. I replaced the molasses with corn syrup and decreased the baking soda, used half brown sugar and upped the cinnamon a bit. I still think they need something else to bring out the cinnamon more, but they are great cookies.

This was way too sweet for my taste, but my bf (the birthday boy) loved it. I whipped 4 egg whites separately and folded them in last (used the other 2 for frosting) and the cakes rose nicely. It is a very moist cake.

This was only okay. I had to add extra butter to get it to cream properly. The cake was very moist, but not very chocolatey or flavorful.
