Krystal's Perfect Marinade for BBQ or Grilled Chicken
My sister was kind enough to share this wonderful marinade. It tastes better than just teriyaki sauce. This marinade sauce is awesome--the perfect marinade. To use the marinade, pierce up to 4 pounds of chicken pieces all over with a fork and marinate 2 hours before cooking, or as desired.
Perfect Roast Chicken
Want a roasted chicken that is juicy inside without the use of a baking bag or flour? Then this recipe is perfect. It is quick and easy to prepare. The picture shown does display a chicken that was cooked in a bag, but the chicken was also roasted with vegetables and needed the bag to immerse the vegetables in the chicken flavor. I still guarantee a juicy chicken without the use of a bag each and every time.
Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon
Easy and elegant enough for the in-laws. Be sure, when filling the chops, not to stuff it too full, or the meat will be done cooking before the cheese has had a chance to melt.
Savory Chicken Breasts
This is my favorite chicken recipe. It is delicious. My whole family loves it.
Baked Pork Chops and Rice
Growing up, this was a staple in my home. This is a great recipe because the pork and rice cook in the same dish. The rice is flavorful and the pork chops come out nice and tender.
This is a tradition here in the South. You can add anything you like to this basic recipe. You can add crawfish, chicken pieces, make it all sausage. You decide what you like and add it in!
Cube Steak Parmesan
This is a great Italian style way to prepare beef or venison cube steaks. Double the ingredients for a crowd!
Southern Smothered Pork Chops in Brown Gravy
Skillet pork chops cooked in brown gravy with mushrooms, garlic, and onion.
