I used this icing with yellow cake layers and my family thought it tasted too sweet. Personally, I liked it.
This cake is very moist, rich and sweet. Kids loved the chocolate chips in the batter.
This salad looks and tastes wonderful. However, I will cut down on the dressing and be sure to use extra virgin olive oil next time I make it.
This is a great basic chili recipe that my entire family enjoyed. I omitted the vegetable oil and added bell peppers which worked out well.

I made this for a summer cook out. It was well received by all and several people commented on how it was a light, perfect summer dessert. I added chopped pecans on top, along with the toasted coconut. I also substituted reduced fat nondairy whipped topping instead of the whipped cream.

This makes a great summer dessert. Sweet, but not too heavy or filling. Everyone liked it and I will make again. I toasted the coconut for the topping. Also, I reduced the amount of milk in the pudding to 1.5 cups instead of 2 for a thicker pudding.
I was initially disappointed with this recipe. However, I found it was much better the next day. In fact, it was very tasty the next day and I will make this again. Next time, I think I'll try reducing the butter a bit.
