Iron Skillet Fried Sweet Corn

From fresh yellow corn, or mixed white, cut kernels off cob with knife into the skillet. After first cut all way around cob, use back side of knife and scrape down cob until all milk of remaining corn is in your pan. Add 1 stick of butter and salt & pepper to taste. Fry on top of stove until corn is hot. It is very sweet and the only way I like my corn.
