This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law after trying it at a family picnic. It's quickly become a family favorite and recipes don't come much easier than this one! Add BBQ sauce to taste and how dry or saucy you prefer. We prefer ours a little more on the dry side. Enjoy.

  • 1. Cut presliced boneless pork ribs into 5 or 6 pieces. Place in slow cooker. Shake on a little salt and pepper, to taste. Pour in 1 - 2 cans of cola, enough to completely cover the pork. Slow cook on low for about 8 hrs.

  • 2. Remove pork and drain cola out of slow cooker.

  • 3. When meat is cool enough to handle, shred into bite-sized pieces and place back in slow cooker. Cover with BBQ sauce, to taste and how saucy you prefer, and heat through. Serve on hamburger buns.
