I make this salad all year long, but it is especially great for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Just freeze a few bags of cranberries to use at a later date. I know this will become a tradition to anyone who tries it, it's delicious! Garnish with frosted cranberries and mint leaves, if desired. For frosted cranberries, wet cranberries with water, and roll in sugar.
Savory Dijon Stuffing
A gourmet and savory dressing with a bit of Dijon-style mustard. Makes enough for a 12-15 pound turkey.
Aunt Cora's World's Greatest Cookies
Aunt Cora's recipe. WORLD'S BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES!
This is a scrumptious low-fat recipe that I get asked to cook again and again! I am Australian so the recipe hails from here, but the only difference is you call a skillet what we call a frypan! If desired, serve Caryn's Chicken with a crisp green salad.
Grandma's Ham Casserole
A simple, yet elegant casserole that's ideal for getting rid of that leftover ham. Carrots, potatoes and mushrooms are used to help complement this dish. Great when served with salad and biscuits.
BBQ Chicken Salad
This is a great way to use up grilled chicken leftovers. Serve on a bed of greens.
Green Bean and Mushroom Medley
This is a great green bean and mushroom recipe. This vegetable side dish is always served at family gatherings with no leftovers.
Cranberry Apple Casserole
Super simple side dish, perfect for holiday or everyday meals. Goes great with chicken, turkey, ham, or pork. Can also double as a not-too-sweet dessert when served with ice cream or whipped cream.
Peking Pork Chops
I believe I am the original poster of this recipe. My mom handed this recipe down to me several years ago and it has recently become very popular with busy moms all over the Internet. Try using Chinese ketchup instead of regular. Serve with steamed white rice like jasmine or basmati and/or Chinese noodles.
Double Tomato Bruschetta
A delicious and easy appetizer. The balsamic vinegar gives it a little bite. Dried basil can be substituted but it is best with fresh.
