This is delicious. I used 3/4 lb of sausage (1 lb was too much). I also followed the advice of adding mushrooms and spring onions and covering with tin foil for the first 35 min. Will definitely make again.
This dish was excellent, meat was very tender. For leftovers, I fried strips of the meat with grilled onions for fajitas. Also tried the cuban medianoches from this site and they are delicious as well.
I thought this was fairly bland and gummy tasting. It was very easy to make, but it needs a lot more spice.
This is excellent. My husband doesn't normally like cream sauce or pepper, loved this. I used the lemon pepper and cajun spices without salt, and added about 1/2 tsp of salt. I used 1/2 & 1/2 and 2 tbl of cornstarch. I also added the parmasan directly into the sauce.

This is excellent. I never new a cheap cut of round steak could taste so good. I added a couple of drops of liquid smoke.
I brought this to a potluck and everyone loved it. I think that every pie I've seen in the past was made from yams instead of sweet potatoes, this had a lighter texture and was a nice change. Thanks for the great recipe.
This pie was very good. I know there are many variations to this dish, but I was married to an Englishman and thought this needed a couple of "tweaks". I added some worcestershire sauce and used ketchup instead of tomato sauce.
This is excellent. I did put a dash of worcestershire and liquid smoke in it. Extra marinade is great for cooking vegetables in.

This was fantastic, not too gooey like some that I have had. I added 4 tbl of OJ and 1/4 tsp of cloves. I was also intimidated to work with phyllo dough, but practice makes it easier. It is time consuming to make, but well worth it.
