I love to cook for my family, blood related or otherwise. It makes me happy when I know that I've provided the people I love with good, wholesome and from scratch food. I lived in Japan for 3.5 years as a working chef, so I have a lot of cooking experience with Japanese and SE Asian cuisine. It can get a little crazy in my small apartment kitchen, but it's always worth it in the end. My favorite cooking tools are; my santoku knives, rubber spatulas, and metal measuring spoons!
