Super yummy and great just as written! I got busy and they sat in a sealed container overnight in the fridge prior to baking and were fine. Be sure to store in a sealed container or they get crunchy...but then they are awesome for dipping in milk or coffee!
I didn't have a mini muffin pan, so I just made them on a cookie sheet and they were great!
