I just made this over the weekend for a thanksgiving dinner open house. I had 14 people and they all loved it. There is no way to go wrong with this receipe. My first ham - and a success. I too was hesitant that there was no liquid but it sure made alot of its own jucies. I did add the pinapple slices and a tad bit of the juice and when it was ready I served it with a side of the receipe on here called Yummy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce which complimented it very well.
