I work part-time in a scrapbooking store at the Mall of America, and I live in an apartment with my wonderful husband Jesse, our roommates Andy and Jake, and our cat George.

I grew up in a family who believed eggs and potatoes were made in the microwave, lasagna had broccoli in it, and the only cheese in the house was Velveeta. With Jesse's help, I'm hoping to plow my way through learning to cook with real food!
