This recipe was so incredibly easy and yummy. I'm not as comfortable in the kitchen as some, so instructions like "bake uncovered" are necessary for me :) Instead of pasta I made Parmesan couscous and used the leftover prosciutto to wrap and bake some asparagus. Thank you for sharing this recipe!!
My husband and I made these as a last minute appetizer to go with our steaks this weekend and the shrimp were truly the star of the meal! The only thing I added extra was another 1 tsp of tequila. My husband woke up this morning asking if I could make these again this week, but as the main course. OF COURSE I CAN!! Usually my husband cannot tolerate cilantro or lime, but in this dish he loved both of those ingredients. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
I made this recipe last week and it was so delicious! I made a few changes. I soaked the chicken in the egg & honey mixture like others had suggested. Instead of nuts and bread crumbs I used almond meal and substituted the butter with olive oil. This is definitely a keeper! I just love this website!
I absolutely love this recipe! I made it for a gathering at work and for my husband to take to work for an office party and everyone just raved about it! Thanks for sharing, Valerie!
This is so easy to make! I add some cinnamon to the water. It's delicious with pork tenderloin.
