The whole family loves this salad. Whenever we make it for guests they ask for the recipe!!

I didn't have any ketchup so I used 1.5 Tbsp of tomato paste. Next time I might add a little less rice wine vinegar to make it less tart. Just my preference. All in all this is a really great tasting, quick and easy recipe.
