This was very good, and the leftovers tasted even better. I used less water (had a smaller roast), but left all the seasoning amounts the same. I also added a little Italian dressing and a beef boullion cube.
This was a very good recipe and will make again. Like a lot of recipes I tweaked it to what I had on hand:) I added red pepper because I had one that needed to be used soon, used white onion(thats what I had), and added cilantro. I didn't have a lot of lime juice so I substituted zero calorie non alcoholic margarita mix and left out the sugar.
