This cookie is the best, although not one to make when you're in a hurry. I make these when I want to enjoy an afternoon of baking with my kids. Instead of using the full amount of nuts I like to use half nuts (pecans are the best) and half toffee chips. These are the cookies I make whenever I want to treat someone. They really are delicious and always well-received.
