These were the BEST tacos ever! I will never make tacos with beef again! My kids & hubby loved these. I followed the recipe exactly. I agree with a few others...let the chicken simmer, allowing all of the liquid to absorb. So tender. Thanks so much for this delish recipe!

This was AMAZING! I took the advice from another, and added 1/2 cup wine & 1/2 cup milk instead of water. Also added some chopped fresh tomato, topped with sprinkled parmesan cheese & chopped fresh parsely. Entire family loved it!!

DELICIOUS!!! My hubbie & kids didn't give me a "10" for dinner they gave me a "12"!! I doubled the recipe for the marinade & kept warm on the stove & drizzled over the salmon right before serving. Served with fresh brocolli & whole wheat couscous. Thanks for the recipe!!

This was DELICIOUS!!!! Made a few EASY changes, which created an amazing sauce. Added approx. (1) 10oz. can tomato paste to the ch. broth & tom. sauce mixture. Withought adding the tom. paste, the sauce was too watery. Covered & simmered sauce on low for about 10 minutes. Added Spinach, covered & allowed sauce to simmer for about 15 minutes. Added Penne & tossed well. Plated pasta & topped with grated Locatelli & fresh Parsley.....AWESOME!!!! My kids loved this so much, they want to name it!!
