I love to cook. Right now I'm always on the lookout for great quick recipes. I don't have a lot of time when I get home in the evening. My mom was my greatest influence - I can see how much she taught me when I look back on it.
My greatest accomplishment: I feel fantastic when I have played with a recipe and really made it my own.

I was born and raised in Taiwan (my parents are missionaries there). I put that as my hometown even though I am an American since I lived there until I graduated from High School.
