Almost exactly like my recipe. I use ground beef instead of sausage, and I use Classico sauces. I added some fresh chopped garlic to the cheese mixture along with parmasean cheese and rosemary. It was GREAT!

Best Ziti Ever with Sausage

Great recipe, I love Classico sauces! I did add egg to ricotta mix with some Italian seasonings and used ground beef instead of sausage. I think next time I will mix a little ground beef and sausage together. Thanks for the recipe!

Vegan Brownies

I am not vegan, but I developed a milk and egg allergy as an adult and I am dying for some chocolate goodies. I was just diagnosed 2 weeks ago, so this is the first recipe I am trying that uses "substitutes" for the regular milk and eggs. The directions were very easy to follow, however this mix came nowhere near enough for a 9x13 pan. I had to bake it in a 8x8 pan. I decided to make two pans, one of which followed the original directions and the other used the suggested 1/4 cup oil and 3/4 cup applesauce. I had to increase the baking time to 35 minutes. The brownies following the original recipe came out pretty good. Next time I think I will add a little cinnamon for more flavor. The texture was good though. More cake-like then gooey. The second pan (using applesauce)came out looking exactly like regular brownies. I did not care for the taste at all. The original recipe tasted much better. I guess if you are used to eating vegan it wouldn't be too bad, but for me the flavor was too off. Another review stated to mix flour and water together first...absolutely NOT. Do NOT do this. It will make the batter lumpy and the dry ingredients will not blend smoothly if you do this. I really like the original recipe. Thank you so much for posting this. I will definitely be making this again!

Vegan Pancakes

The first time I made these they turned out horrible, but I'm glad I gave it another try. The second time around they were pretty good. I added some vanilla and cinnamon like I always do to pancakes for added flavor. I figured out that these will not get the color of regular pancakes, so if you wait around for them to get golden brown expect to have hockey pucks for breakfast. All in all these were good with a little tweaking. Thanks for the recipe!

No Roll Pie Crust I

I just made this recipe and it was ok. I love pie crust, but this crust was very bland and lacked any flavor at all. I followed the recipe exactly however next time I will be adding some sugar. I also made a lattice top for my blueberry pie with this crust and it worked fine. I will definitely continue to use this recipe with some additional tweaking.

I just made this recipe and followed directions exactly. I lost my usual recipe so I thought I'd give this one a try. It was ok. I like my blueberry pie to be sweeter. Next time I will be adding more sugar and cinnamon along with some lemon juice for that little extra something.

Candied Yams

Other's have stated they did not know to drain the cans, so I was sure to do that, altho the recipe I usually use calls for more liquid. I think the problems people were having with the marshmallows is because the recipe calls to add them at the beginning. I suggest allowing the yams to cook most of the way, about 20 mins and then add the marshmallows with no cover on it. Watch them puff up and get a light golden brown and your done! I also suggest playing around with flavors, cinnamon of course is good, but you can also try adding molasses, orange juice or maple syrup. :)

Easy Sugar Cookies

thanks for a great recipe! I like a little more flavor then what a traditional sugar cookie offers so I add a little molasses and cinnamon...kind of make it a cross between a sugar cookie and a snickerdoodle lol. I also replace the egg with a 1/4 cup applesauce (egg allergy) and they came out great!!! I think I will try substituting with some pumpkin puree next. Happy Baking!

The batter came out entirely too gooey. I had to add about 1 cup more flour to make it workable. They puffed nicely. This recipe is close to my original but I will keep searching (I lost my recipe) This is definitely a good starting point and it made A LOT!!!

A GREAT and EASY recipe!!!! Milk & egg free make this top choice for people with food allergies like me. Look for Ducan Hines cake mix, they are usually milk and egg free. Like others have said, try the recipe as it is, it is great!!! You can always create your own twists from this recipe like using different flavor mixes, or adding chocolate chips. Can't wait to make these again!!!

Yummy Blueberry Cobbler

This was a good starting point. I followed the directions and used the majority of the reviews for guidance in decreasing the amount of sugar. This recipe still has some flaws though. It does not come out with a cobbler texture which is disappointing but I think with a few minor tweaks it will work.

Chicken and Dumplings with Biscuits

I give it 5 stars because its the closest I have found to truly homemade. Forget the boxes of msg laden, chemical ridden broths and use what you simmer your chicken in! You can't beat the fresh flavor. I add savory herbs with carrots, potatoes, celery, and lima beans and make my dumplings from scratch.
