After reading your recipe, and the comments of others, being a professional chef I just had to try this out myself. Scott Hibb it was made to the letter as per your instruction. I used everything on your list. Very happy with the outcome you impressed me, congrats. Just a note to all +++++++++++ No matter what meat you place in an oven at 300F for 2 hrs or 3 hrs the meat will fall off the bone. It may be cut using two spoons thats how tender your meat will be.
