Real Mojito
This is a great recipe for mojito. I am sizing the recipe to one serving but you can adjust it accordingly and make a pitcher. It is a very refreshing drink for hot summer days. Careful when drinking it, as you if you make a pitcher you might be tempted to drink the whole thing yourself and you might find yourself talking Spanish in no time :)

Very Yummy Creamy Tropical Coconut Egg Nog made with spices and white rum. It is always requested at my holiday gatherings. (Sometimes gets selfishly hidden in the fridge by the hostess) This recipe can be made using raw eggs or "cook" the eggs as directed to avoid the danger of consuming raw eggs. When cooked use only two eggs as the beverage will be thicker and creamier believe it or not. Feliz Navidad!!!
