Made it exactly as the recipe called and it was great! My family loved it. I will omit the sour cream next time though because my husband tasted the broth prior to including it and liked it better that way. Served it with toasted and buttered baguette slices for dipping in the broth. This is a keeper in my house!

Very good! I added a teaspoon of vanilla and about a 1/4 C more of flour because the batter was too thin otherwise. Yummy and fluffy!

This soup is amazing! My family loves it! I made it just as called for using Pace Picante Sauce Medium. Delicious!

Amazing flavor! This is the kind of dressing that you could drink straight from the bottle lol I did reduce the buttermilk to 1 C because it was a little too thin the first time I made it. I use 1 tsp of dried herbs instead of fresh just because I have it on hand. Good stuff!

The chicken was bland even with added spices (boiling did that) and the flour tortillas ended up mushy. I should have used my instinct and used corn tortillas instead. Next time I will also fry the chicken with spices before shredding. This recipe just needed a lot. Very surprised by its high rating!

Quick Italian Vegetable Soup

Made as per the directions except used 4C of low sodium beef broth and 2C water. Overwhelming taste of oregano and cabbage. Good base, but next time I will omit the cabbage and half the Italian seasoning and go from there.
