  • Stir together eggs, flour, sugar, baking soda, pineapple, and pecans in bowl, without using a mixer.

  • Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or 325 degrees for a glass dish.

  • While allowing cake to cool 10 minutes, cook cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla together in pan over low heat, stirring continuously until sugar and cream cheese are dissolved. Pour over warm cake.
