  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees farenheit. Mix all ingredients together with a spatula. Pour into greased 9x13" pan and bake for one hour or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Spoon out or cut into squares. Serves 12.

Tips

If you prefer, you can use fresh corn cut off the cob. You need 1 cup of corn and 2/3 cup milk to get enough liquid into the recipe. If you'd like to serve it as a dessert, drizzle honey or maple syrup on top, and omit the salt and pepper from the recipe.
