Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

I loved this recipe it was my first time attempting to make it and it came out great, smelled delicious and had amazing flavor. I followed the instruction and added my own choice of vegtables (asian baby corn, zuchinni,carrots, bell peppers,broccoli.) I did a review of the comments before hand and decided to make the changes, I added the sesame oil afterwards used olive oil first, baked the sesame seeds seperate and I added a bit of honey to the broth and cornstarch.

Amazing! loved it. I followed the directions on the recipe, I didn't however have any fresh herbs so i used a seasoning that contained the herbs. I also added extra parmesean and mozerrala cheese at 44 min of cooking and cooked it for only 45 min. as many suggested. I paired it with rice and a delicious ceasar salad that had carrots, cucumbers, tomotoes,and red and green apples. A keeper recipe :-D

Scotto Cheese Lasagna

I was satisfied with the outcome of the recipe everything mixed and cooked well I did not add enough sauce on the edges to keep the noodles from crisping :-(. Overall I enjoyed the lasagna, I think I may have added too much mozzarella and not enough ricotto. I will definetly attempt to remake. I matched with a roasted vegetable medley found elsewhere on this site.

I loved the taste that all the vegtables had...I used a similar mix of veggies and added a seasoning with the herbs because i did not have fresh ones and added some ginger for flavor as well.
