I made this for Easter (we had a mock Thanksgiving). My 8 year old said this was her favorite dish. I cooked just as the recipe said, but next time I might drain the bacon fat before adding the collard greens. Great flavor overall, a keeper!

Very good smoothie! I made a second batch and froze it in popsicle molds. I used 2 cups of milk, frozen mango, and no ice cubes. Very creamy and thick.

Great for left over salmon! I had just enough salmon to make these. I used panko breadcrumbs for the outside which gave it a nice crunch. Next time I think I would like to add some scallions. Definitely a keeper.

subtle goat cheese flavor and my kids didn't mind the "crust" at all. We topped this crust with a simplepizza sauce and cheese. We made the crust just as the recipe stated.

These were a hit with the kids. I followed the recipe, but I used 2.5 TBSP of pumpkin pie spice. For the filling, I did not use the egg white.

These were a hit with the vegetarian family members, and a welcome change from tofu tacos. The chipotle peppers made this dish a bit spicy so just use one if you don't like it spicy. The fresh veggies added a nice crunch

Great quick recipe for vegetarians. I used two big handfuls of fresh spinach and 3 plum tomatoes because that's what I had on hand. My daughter said "save this recipe!"
