I gave it a four star because I didn't like it with the oil. I modified the recipe and substituted applesauce for the oil. I used 2 1/2 cups of oats 1/2 cup applesauce and added a 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1 tsp. cinnamon. I also cut the cook time to 12 min. I like the cookies moist. I make two batches every week and eat the cookies for breakfast it's like eating a bowl of oatmeal in the form of a cookie. These go great with a cup of coffee
I love this recipe the only change I made to it was I used plain Greek yogurt instead of mayo to make it healthier. Excellent recipe!
I made this tonight as a test run before Thanksgiving. I needed an easy recipe for a turkey breast. I didn't want to cook a whole turkey because I'm only cooking for four people. I don't cook a lot of meat so I needed a recipe that would be easy for me. I cooked a 6.5 lb turkey breast in a crockpot on low for 7 hours and it was cooked perfectly and just fell off the bone. I will be making this again for Thanksgiving.
I made this dressing with "Chobani" plain yogurt, spicy mustard, raw honey and celery salt. This is my new favorite dressing to put on my salads. It sweet but not to sweet and is a little spicy and makes the perfect mixture.
