Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

A family favorite - we customized it for more sauce by adding a second can of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup and a splash of red wine at the start. We also use butter instead of margarine. I throw the ingredients together the night before, we add to the slow-cooker in the morning, and enjoy a luscious and yummy dinner after a busy week-day.
