We tried this with the corn as suggested by other reviewers...it was delicious! My husband was skeptical, but he declared it a keeper! Next time I'll add some garlic and double the recipe!
My family loved this recipe! I used half white chips & half butterscotch chips. I also used pecans since I was out of walnuts.
I made this fudge over the holidays & it was a big hit! It had a nice creamy consistancy. I also could not find a vanilla fudge recipe to try, so I made this one. I omitted the chocolate & added vanilla. I liked the flavor the sour cream added.
This sauce has become a favorite for my family! I like to cook the onion, celery, garlic & peppers down in olive oil, & then blend them in the food processer to lessen the chunks. We like it meaty & add hot italian sausages for more flavor. This recipe always gets positive reviews from guests.
Made this last night for the family, it was great! We served plain rice along side with the extra sauce. I used a whole can of chicken stock & the sauce was thinner than I liked, so next time I need to adjust for that. I also didn't cook it as long. Great flavor!
I made this tonight for the family & got good reviews! I used cream of chicken soup, added several cloves of garlic & a little extra onion soup mix. I also baked it at 425 for about 40 minutes.Served it with buttered egg noodles. Will have this again! Thanks!
I have made this several times & it's always a winner! I follow the recipe just as is, unless I am out of the parmsean. It is still good without it.
Made these tonight for the family and everyone loved them. I added cinnamon to the batter & diced the apples. I put the diced apples in the microwave for 4 minutes to soften them up a bit, then added the cooked down apples & liquid to the batter. It was a perfect consistancy. Dropped them into the oil using 1/4 measuring cup. this made a good sized fritter. Thanks for a great recipe!
This recipe never disappoints me! I have made it several times, but I use any cheese I have on hand which is usually cheddar & montery jack. Sometimes I use a combination of half milk & half cream if I have it. Always good!
Made this tonight & it was a big hit! I followed the recipe ingredients, however I made it more like a casserole by layering the corn tortillas, chicken, sauce & cheese until my pan was full. I also added more green chile as my family prefers it hot! It was easy to make & will have it again soon..thanks!
Made this tonight & loved it! It was easy to make. I did substitute dried basil because I didn't have fresh in. I also used the whole can of tomato sauce to prevent waste. I served the chicken sliced on top of the pasta & sprinkled it with some fresh parmesan on top. Yummy!!
