Krystal's Blueberry Custard Pie
When I found a great recipe for blueberry sauce, I wanted to come up with an appropriate dessert that I could incorporate it into, so this was my first shot at it – and what better than creamy custard! By adjusting the ingredient measurements to better fit the dish and give it a thicker consistency, it made an excellent topping to this pie. Very simple to make.
