I made this for a party and everyone raved about it! I added a chopped roma tomato for color,I thought about adding some chopped shrimp...maybe next time. Will defintely make this again.

VERY GOOD! I used 2 packs of gravy mix, tho as it didn't thicken with just one. I would also serve with mashed potatoes insead of baked, to go with the gravy. Will definitely make this again!

Carmel's Crunchy Pea Salad

This was a great recipe! Lots of flavor and crunch. Only change I made was that I used diced sweet white onions rather than the greeen onion. Will definitely make this many times!

Chicken Marsala Florentine

Made this last night...it was very easy, very quick and very beautiful. However the Marsala flavor was quite strong, I would probably make some changes if I make it again. I thought the garlic mashed potatoes overpowered the flavor of this dish and would probably try serving it over spinach like a previous reviewer. Also the sauce was too thin, I would thicken it up a bit.

French Spring Soup

Made this soup last night. Nice flavor but seemed to be missing something, not sure what. Recipe makes a lot and probably doesn't freeze well with potatoes in it. I may or may not make it again, haven't decided.

Double-Cheese Meat Loaf

Looking for something new, I made this using beef and pork also used fresh-picked oregano. We didn't care for the flavor, I think I will stick to my tried & true meat loaf recipe!

This was okay, but I like my pasta dishes a lot "saucier". I used frozen ravioli, I think if I try this again I will use canned diced tomatoes and tortellini, the raviolis were kind of bland.

This was very good, lots of flavor and color. But make only what you can eat at one meal, as it wasn't good the next day.

I am not sure if I did something wrong, but this was only so-so. I served it with rice pilaf but would use plain rice if I were to make it again as the rice overpowered the scampi. I like my scampi a little "saucier".

Swedish Meatballs II

Fairly easy to make but lacked flavor. Not sure if I will make it again, but if I do I will experiment with seasonings to try to add more flavor.
